The Directors of the Greene County Agricultural Fair, Inc. reserve the right to declare the Fair off and withdraw the premiums offered should unforeseen circumstances occur which would make it advisable to do so. All premiums offered and contracts made are with that distinct understanding. Premium payments are based on availability of funds The Fair Directors reserve the final and absolute right to interpret these Rules and Regulations. Every PROTEST made concerning premium(s), class(es), judge(s), rent(s) or admission(s) shall be made in writing, addressed to PROTEST COMMITTEE, P.O. BOX 3, CARROLLTON, IL 62016, setting forth the grounds upon which the PROTEST is based and accompanied by a fee. The PROTEST must be signed by person of legal age. No PROTEST may be made after the class(es) or event(s) have begun. ALL ANIMALS MUST COMPLY WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE LIVESTOCK HEALTH REQUIREMENTS, LIVESTOCK EXHIBITION RULES AND DEPARTMENT RULES PRINTED IN THIS CATALOG. Each CONCESSIONAIRE must confine himself to the space assigned and must abide by the terms of his CONTRACT. Distribution of handbills or advertising matter, and/or selling, except from the Concessionaire’s Space, is prohibited. The posting of advertising on any building or post will NOT BE PERMITTED, unless Advertising Space has been rented. All livestock and Art Hall entries are confidential.
